| This student survey is for demonstration only. Teachers can
guide students as a class going thru question by question or demonstrate the
survey and then let students work at their own pace. The survey should take
between 5 and 15 minutes depending on the age and skill of the students.
Teachers can select answers without recording their answers or not select
answers and still proceed thru the questions. If teachers think the students
will mimic the teacher’s answers that are being projected on a screen, then
teachers are recommended not to select answers. If you have questions, concerns
